The launching ceremony of the Yangtze River Tourism Overseas Promotion Season and The Yangtze River National Travel Routes has been successfully held in Yichang City of Hubei Province by the Network of International Cultural Entities, the Hubei Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Yichang Municipal People’s Government.
The Yangtze River, running through 11 provinces and cities in China, including Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou, has accumulated countless natural and cultural treasures. In early 2022, the Chinese government launched the comprehensive construction of the Yangtze River National Cultural Park to activate the abundant historical and cultural resources of the Yangtze River, promote the cultural significance of the Yangtze River, and explore the value of the times of the Yangtze River culture.
