Full-Time Administrative Assistant in CCC
About the Role
Responsible for telephone answering, guest reception and public consultation.
Assist in execution and promotion on a variety of cultural and art events such as exhibitions, shows, workshops and forums, etc.
Assist to manage CCC members and volunteer team.
Assist the finance manager with the logistics of the Centre.
Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
About You
Passion and understanding for Chinese culture.
Bachelor degree or above in Art management, Administrative Management and Hospitality Management or related majors.
Affinity personnel with effective communication skills. Relevant experience in administrative and logistic works is preferred.
Good command of verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English, and capable of translation between the two languages.
Australian citizen or permanent resident status.
Full-Time Administrative Assistant in CNTO
About the Role
Responsible for telephone answering, guest reception and public consultation.
Responsible for the operation and management of CNTO official website and social media platforms.
Assist in tourism promotion.
Assist the finance manager with the logistics of CNTO.
Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
About You
Passion and understanding for Chinese culture and tourism.
Bachelor degree or above in Hospitality Management and Market Management or related majors.
Relevant experience in digital marketing and ability to maintain websites and social media for event’s promotion.
Strong coordination and teamwork skills are highly preferred.
Good command of verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English, and capable of translation between the two languages.
Australian citizen or permanent resident status.
