In 2020, the deadly COVID-19 pandemic swept through China, leading to the lockdown of Wuhan and shattering the normal lives of countless residents. This unprecedented event turned their lives upside down. Faced with challenges never before encountered, ordinary citizens both inside and outside the city overcame their fears, becoming volunteers and supporting each other in various ways to combat the pandemic.
