About the Competition

Dream of Future 2022 China-Australia Youth Painting Competition is dedicated to celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of China-Australia diplomatic ties and promoting our youth’s motivation for a better and greener future.

We, China National Tourist Office Sydney and China Cultural Centre in Sydney, work with the Australian Artists Society and China Academy of Art Australian Alumni Association to launch the competition. Our judging panel consists of well-established Australian Chinese artists. We welcome contestants from both China and Australia to share their wonderful and creative perspectives on bilateral friendship, environmental protection, green city, and green lifestyles.

All award winners will be invited to an Award-winning Ceremony and also have their artworks shown to the public at the 2022 China–Australia Youth Painting Competition Excellent Works Exhibition from 6th to 20th November 2022 in the Gallery of China Cultural Centre in Sydney. The exhibition would also include 40 award-winning pieces from the 6th Jiangsu International Youth Painting Contest and Global Exhibition of the Charm of Jiangsu Dialogue with the World.
