TAI CHI CLASSES

Tai Chi is the national intangible cultural heritage of China, its one of the most participated fitness activities in the world. There’re as many as 300 million of Tai Chi practitioners worldwide. Tai Chi is a highly coordinated and unified physical exercise with fine, qi and spirit, its movement are soft, slow, and easy to begin with, height of different movements and amount of exercise can be adjusted according to each individual, it is suitable for all age groups and physiques. Practice Tai Chi in the long run enhances one’s energy and fitness level. At the same time, increase the level of calmness, decrease anxiety that allows you to reach a peaceful mind.
