At the high school’s graduation group photo session. Ju Ran openly declares his love for fellow student Huang Jingjing. for whom he’s held a torch for the past three years, by citing a poem by Tagore. Moved by Ju Ran’s courage, Jingjing accepts his love. Their sweet puppy love, however, is soon disrupted by Huang’s mother. As Jingjing proudly walks away. Ju Ran is grounded by his mother to study over the exam to college. He falls and hurts himself while climbing out of a window to see his dream girl and to make matter worse, Jingjing dumps him.
