The Spring Festival, also known as the Chinese Lunar New Year, is one of the oldest and biggest festivals celebrated by the Chinese. This session provides a rare opportunity for you to experience the true spirit of the festival through a creative and interactive approach.
You will firstly be introduced to the origin, traditions and authentic customs of the festival.
The second part of the session is interactive and fun, allowing you to have a hands-on experience of making the popular festival dish Yuan Xiao (glutinous rice ball) and taste the delicious dessert.
