Harmony is a characteristic thought in classical Chinese philosophy. Traditional Chinese medicine, the quintessence of the Chinese culture heritage, has a long history of 5000 years as that of the Chinese nation and has incorporated the viewpoint of harmony, which has made an everlasting contribution to the longevity and prosperity of the Chinese.
This lecture will unfold the wisdom and charm of traditional Chinese medicine, by introducing the harmony of yin and yang and the five elements philosophy as the theoretical principles, in conjunction with on-site demonstrations of the diagnosis of certain diseases using traditional Chinese medicine methods.
